Daniel was raised in Brownsville, Texas. He received his Bachelors in Recreation Administration from Texas State University.
After college, Daniel worked in construction management and coached high school football. Coaching football allowed him to mentor young men and instill a desire to achieve success in all areas of life, not just in sports. He thrived on encouraging athletes and coworkers alike to look for challenges and create a desire to overcome those challenges through perseverance and team work.
Daniel’s desire to create new challenges and personal growth led him to pursue his law degree. Daniel has since represented clients in multiple areas of the law, including personal injury, family law, and criminal defense among others. He uses this background to represent injured clients with a desire to successfully meet their needs.
When not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, rugby, and sport fishing.
